I need tips for running and increasing my endurance. I am already a good soccer player but any tips for getting better are good also.

I know that soccer shin guards can help prevent shin splints, but what other injuries can these shin guards prevent? Also, is there any other uses for soccer shin guards besides protection?
I might be mistaken. Shin guards might not be able to prevent shin splints.

no offense, i like many players in the Italian team. But I don’t think anyone is as great as Zidane. Not Cannavaro, not Buffon, not del piero, not anyone, not even roberto baggio(maybe paolo maldini) I know these people are not exactly playing in the same position as zizou did but I can’t find anyone who is greater in the Italian team unlike a few ppl who keep on saying that zidane is crap and blah blah
What is it that makes Zidane so special? I just can’t find words to describe him.
