  • How can i seriously improve my soccer skills? Here is my story. I have played soccer since I was a little kid

    I wasn’t very good until the fifth grade when I got exceptionally fast. I played and excelled at recreational soccer which was only twice a week but never tried out for the challenge, teams a decision I regret. So I never really developed soccer skills. I could dribble and sprint around most of the people who I played rec soccer with but I never really learned how to play soccer properly as a team. In the 9th grade I played JV soccer with my school. It was the first year I had played on a serious team and most of the other players had all played on the challenge or express teams that i never did. I definitely got better that year but I didn’t see a massive amount of improvement. Now I am a sophmore on JV, the last year before i either make varsity or get cut. I can’t juggle the ball at all and my trapping and passing are never accurate enough. I am very athletic and fast but i still don’t have good skills. I don’t have anyone to practice with as well. Any suggestions/help?
