What kind of necklace is David Beckham Wearing in the new Got Milk Print ad?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of Necklace David Beckham is wearing in the new got milk print ad?

It’s a long necklace that goes around his neck twice and it has several small square tags on it.

I really like it, and I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get it, if it’s available.
