To be good at goalie in a penatly kick is to be quite agile and fast.Watch the kicker’s eyes.If he/she looks one way don’t complete stare that way because he/she might shoot the opposite direction to where he/she looks.Watch his/her eyes first then look at his/her feet to see where they are going to kick and jump just before the person kicks.Penalty kicks are extremely in the kickers favour so don’t be upset if he/she gets it in.

Any tips on how to block pentaly kick as a goalie in soccer. I always mess up. Can anyone give me tips as proper positioning and all that. What am I doing wrong. I am a good goalie.
