A good question.
You can ask a local football club in your town.
I’m quite sure players in top football clubs have practice far more advanced than merely visiting the gym.
Especially with modern managers like Mourinho.QUESTION ON BAYERN v INTER

No way, they in the gym or doing something all the time. Like Messi and Ronaldo, they in the gym probably a lot during the off season, and they got training camps with their clubs during the off season as well.

They definitely go to the gym off season and during season. They need to stay fit, but I think they spend a long time also on the practice field taking shots and such. I heard a commentator say that C. Ronaldo does a 1000+ sit-ups each day.
These are some apps(for the iphone) I implemented in my free time in case you guys want to see them and get. I am going to implement/update new ones.
