I ‘am going to start refereeing soccer games. but i would like to learn more about the rules. so i can refresh my mind. does anyone know were i can learn the rules , like a handbook online.

  You can get it at Barnes and Nobles if you have one close by. I know that because I have one of my own. Its quite small and is titled “Rules of the Game.” It has a picture of Reyna the retired U.S. captain on it.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claudio_Reyna You will probably find it in the sports section. If you are looking for an online handbook then your best bet would be http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laws_of_the_Game It explains every rule in detail and i think is what you are looking for.   Definitely get a “Rules of the Game” and there is also another book called “Referees guide to procedures” or something like that and it helps with showing where the referee should be in certain plays both are quite short and are paperback.
