That’s a pretty good kick for someone who’s never played football before but most pro kickers can easily hit that in practice just because beckham can kick it over and 8 foot tall crossbar doesn’t mean that in a game he could make it in a game. Not a bad kick, but not the best either

adenica, if u can only kick 55 yards in practice then it doesnt even matter. if u cant do the same in the game, u suck balls

first American Football game ever…
Rutgers University and its neighbor, Princeton, played the first game of intercollegiate football on Nov. 6, 1869, on a plot of ground where the present-day Rutgers gymnasium now stands in New Brunswick, N.J. Rutgers won that first game, 6-4.
google that shit.

Apparently soccer (football), American football, and Rugby all evolved from the same basic sport which was called football. They ended up with drastically different rules but still have the original name.

because the canadians didnt realy like football as it was , so they made up their own game and called it ‘their football’, because that was one of the only sports the europians played.

The history of American football can be traced to early versions of rugby football and association football (called soccer in the United States). Both games have their origins in varieties of football played in the United Kingdom in the mid-19th century, in which a ball is kicked at a goal and/or run over a line.
