  Football, that’s what it is called, has more fans than any other sport in the world. The only rule change needed is video replays for the referees to stop the constant diving. Why do you say it’s a girly sport. In your football they put on ridiculous amounts of padding just to play rugby, then stop for a rest every five seconds. That sounds quite girly to me.

I don’t mind what peopple call it, I was just annoyed at his idiocy. He came onto the football section to ask football supporters why football is a bad game, he is clearly trying to wind people up and i reacted to it. I probably shouldn’t have, but I really don’t care.

  you not liking it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have more fans than any other sport in the world…….

  If you don’t like it, don’t watch it…..but don’t insult something you clearly know nothing about.

  ITS NOT BORING!!DID U KNOW THAT IT IS THE nO. 1 SPORT ACROSS THE WORLD!!!! IT IS ONLY NEW TO aMERICA EVERYWHERE ELSE IT IS THE BIGGEST THING IN THE WORLD!!
  y dont they make baseball and football and basketball more interesting so there will be more fans?? those sprots are ONLY popular in america!

  It depends where people live if u live in Europe people are more likely to like soccer because of the level that it is played over there.

  If the US soccer was played at the same level of European soccer and had much bigger stars u would be sure to love it.

  soccer does have the largest fan base in the world. just cause it’s not popular in America doesn’t mean its girly. I’ve played football for three years and soccer for many more and i can say I’ve been hit a lot harder playing socce than in any football game.

  Soccer has the most fans worldwide and its not boring to most people. Do you think that football is a manlier sport? Come on its the most boring sport there is. I dont understand how anyone would want to watch a bunch of grown men in tights jump all over each other. It requires little physical fitness because you get a rest after every play. Its a pu**y sport, why do you need pads in a sport. The U.S. should man up and play a real sport like rugby. Soccer at least requires skill and physical stamina. Ive seen some football players try to play soccer and frankly its pathetic. Soccer is a much more demanding game. At my high school, our soccer team may even be able to beat our football team in football. Suck on that!
